I am hearing that Broadcom is looking into and preparing to transition Broadcom Software technical support (CA, Symantec, VMware) to an outsourced (HCL type) model.
Does anybody know anything about this?

The onsite IT support personnel are already contractors.
Hock will make the correct business decision.
I've been hearing the same for core technologies. EUC is an exception as support has been brought over from core.
