Is it just me or has it been a layoff after a layoff after a layoff for the past couple of years? When will it end?

It's the culture now and forever. It's cruel and nerve-wracking, especially since the layoffs at SF were entirely capricious and had nothing to do with the human beings affected. McKinsey and Bain are coming up with stupid strategies to try and beef up the share price. Ohana is indeed a joke. Wasn't always, but sure is now.
Is SF moving the laid off roles to outsourced roles?
Same thing over at Oracle.. It is non stop layoffs and outsourcing…
Welcome to Ohana 2.0
No, it will never end, get used to it.
This is the new normal.
It's not just Salesforce, but same at FAANG and others.
This will probably only accelerate as Generative AI matures and really starts to automate lots of the things that us clever, white collar workers thought made us untouchable.
We need to trim at least another 10% to be competitive. Too much fat. What is the average hour per day per head count? Productivity is low.
Would you know about them if you weren't reading this site? Yaknow ... the one called LAYOFF[.com]?
