I suspect Bukom is assigning roles to people who are not fit and capable to match the job requirements.
Sabotaging the new owners? Good luck whoever that takes over Bukom. In 2 years you will go bust and have to spend tonnes of money for the environmental cleanup.
I know that anyone impacted in an upcoming round of layoffs is being pulled aside and encouraged to apply into roles that won't follow the assets.
