Soo, jimmy’s plan is to push down decision making to the lowest level and then reduce bonuses and not raise management pay inline with agreement employees? How are the lower levels supposed to make the decisions, when the lower levels aren't there anymore?
Good, approving payroll and hours of service shouldn't get big bonuses.
