Have anyone feel like their director is out of touch. We usually have bi-weekly meeting as a team but they been quiet lately. Not sure if they check out and looking for a role outside cvs. Also no need project for the team.

Directors have zero information.
They are probably just as paranoid and dejected as you are.
That’s how it went down in August. Radio silence across the board.
I don't even recall his name, but the new president of Omnicare looked like a deer in the headlights during the conference call. Clearly, he'll be gone in short order to another job. Just like the guy before him, who comically was telling everyone how great the place was doing when the company is a total embarrassment. Then he bails out for another job as we all knew he would.
My director seems clueless, but I’m pretty sure he’s being fed nonsense about getting his budget back for the rest of the year because he’ll be canned along with our entire team
Their jobs could be in danger as well. Our direct supervisor, who always says "contact me anytime about anything" I emailed a question last week before this news broke and got no response. Not even an "I don't know."
They know something we don’t …
