Thread regarding SAP layoffs

All fog, no integrity

At this point I firmly believe that top mgmt in most companies derive some type of strange pleasure from complete and utter disrespect of employees. They want to restructure, so they sack people? That is ok with me. They want to cut costs, so they fire me? Also ok with me. But can they let us know on time? Apparently not. Can they clearly spell out conditions? No. Can they communicate as normal people? No. Do they care about how much it costs me and my career to be in the dark for months? Well, obviously not. Could it be that all that arrogance is there just to hide incompetence and some other shortcomings? Methinks yes. At least by letting go of thousands of employees and relocating jobs to wherever, they may put together those gazillions for the bribe fine. Good and respectful management, indeed.

And yeah, WFH is the major problem.

SAP has lost its soul and all integrity. CK needs to go today, he is the worst leader. He has the emotional intelligence of a teenager. His behavior in the all hands was just despicable.
