We were so far into the "Lean Program" we had to skip just a few safety steps just to make the margins for the stock holders. We will add a couple extra next time.
My lead says we work too slow and may replace us. So we have only been putting in half the stab jack sc--w motor thing bolts. Think that's a problem? Can't report it cause they will replace us for. Lead will just get promoted cause he is son of some high up mucky muck.
