Doubt it.
If they need to cut heads, they will just make workers miserable to force quitting to get out of paying severance.

Just in is a $2.1B contract for 11 Canadian MQ-9's. I don't understand how 11 aircraft at $40M each adds up to $2.1B. Sounds like more globalist subsidies to keep them in business.
Besides, all the good people left already, so the headcount reduced itself.
