Somebody asked this in another thread and since I'd like to know the answer as well, I'm hoping it'll get more attention like this. Considering that we keep losing some of our best people in each new round, it would be good to know why. What is it that puts them on the list?

the list is already there with people in order. Just need Vincent Roche to decide how many to trim. It is gross.

Just had layoffs it seemed to be focused on Staff or Senior Eng with low reviews. It looks like they waited for after review season to make the cuts.
Wow how many people were terminated for the mandate ? Or walked away because of it ? That must of analog a ton of money

Does any body eles think the whole thing was convient for analog Merge Maxim August 2021 then the Mandate covid vaccine by Oct 2021 .. alot of people lost there jobs lost bennifits , convient they could have dropped it and choose not too .
All were terminated in the wilmington location except Manufacturing they had been giving a verbal extension by Human Resources in March 2022 that there new date is March 2023 , The Mandate happend to be dropped The day Before investor Day In April 4, 2022? Wonder why ? Anyone feel they used the mandate to terminate employees to avoid severance ? And used covid mandate knowing Wilmington Manufacturing was going to downsize Don't Trust a company that's OK with doing that . Feels like they knew exactly what they were doing Especially since The Downsize of wilmington was announced March 2023 That same month human resources gave Verbal extension to Manufacturing department .??? Planned ??
