i have been waiting for year and years for the guy i report to to finally retire. i did so many things that he wanted me to do. i've hired leader after leader, ever hoping to find the right ones but they never were able to deliver. i went ahead and had him buy this supercool company in new york that had this awesome dynamic pretty leader running it and he said it was a good idea. i even had them build a new office in nyc that is totally cool but expensive. ive hired several teams of innovation people who i am sure will do something worthwhile someday. my spending triggered the only two layoffs in company history and turned a company that people wanted to work for into what is now a gig job company that comes to work 3 times a week. i even learned how to play the guitar to gain credibility with the gen z crowd. he still passed me over. is it time to look for jobs somewhere else? maybe kohls?

Wonder if CM gets his money back from McKinsey? Paying them for everything didn’t pay off, just like the investable structures.

There’s always France CM, finally you can make some use of that French degree that qualified you to soar to the top of industry and when you say all those new fuzzy AI buzzwords that you have been vomiting from your mouth every chance you have had the last 18 months it will be funny because ChatGPT means “Cat, I fa---d” in French. Au revoir.
You could get some advice from MT who now oversees Corp Strategy with all of those "credentials". he seems to be good at attaching himself to leaders to get himself ahead.
NS might be hiring down at Walgreens. They already cut their dividend in half since he started, so he is picking up right where he left off at NM. He must have brought all of his chaos and disorder with him.
CM you can stop hanging upside down outside John’s window now and fly off to a new employer.
