I understand all the corporate communications are meant to pull/fool investors but it really does not add value to Shell staff if Wael stays with his performance, discipline and simplification spiel. Anyone in Shell is competent to do this and are doing this already. So his vision is really more of lower JG line manager rally call than a CEO's. I think we have current leaders who are destroying value and have no vision while we have let go of truly transformative ones. Probably a good time for people to quit Shell. If we have a good number of people quitting, shareholders will sense it and fire Wael and others.

What nonsense. The leaders don't care what you think; what your problems are; how unfair this may be. The only matters they key on is the stock price and balance sheet. No one or nothing is going to change them out. The axe man cometh so get ready and quit whining about it. Get your resume updated and start looking.
All corps are saying the same thing simplification it’s just the NWO. Notice every direction the company goes in is the current trend or message from the global elite.
The shareholders would be more than happy if people quit. We are beyond bloated compared to our competitors.
Ok
Yeah, enough of the energy transition BS. Every man, company and country should prioritize itself. We should show the capital markets our full business potential and gain our top spot in valuations.
Go quit. You weak people should leave. We will stay and build a better company. Sc--w society and the environtment - money pays for my bills. My kids wont live in small islands anyways - let them deal with it.
