Target might be in the 60-70% range, if we’re lucky
I am remote employee and I don’t have issue of returning back to office. If am fine either way
The rumor I heard from SVP level is that Karen is the pusher of in office no one else. Not c-suite, Karen her self loves seeing people in office (I presume as a reminder of the numbers of people she can say “dance monkey” to on any given day)
With that said Sean Guertin said in his last town hall that he was the only member of the c-suite that was actually adhering to the in office policy.
There is a push to get the Chicago offices back up and running and badge uses are being tracked and reported to VPs.
From what I’ve been told of this report by someone who directly saw it was “green” equals 1.5 days in office on average and that large swaths of people under that VPs org was in the red which is 1 day or less running average.
The more people who refuse to do a consistent 3 days a week, the stronger we are against more days in office since many teams have still only done 1 day if that.
