I've heard from many leaders that were let go that they were not allowed to tell their teams that they were leaving when the layoff happened, that their access would be cutoff at the end of the HR meeting. IT wasn't moving fast enough, and from what I've heard some people managed to spread the word internally before being shut out.
Wish I had found this website before I started at 2U, but now it's another tool to use. I spent six months looking for a job last year and was only there for a couple of months. Back at it again.
