Jane is tossing and turning with anxiety I’m sure.
She will leave to either a) pursue other opportunities or b) spend more time with her family. Maybe both.
We will both leave the jag due to high maintenance and now take the rolls to work!
Jane will not leave until she’s finished with her scorched earth project.
I hope she does retire by the end of the year. We need to remove the old guard and bring in the new talent with some forward thinking and true vision to lead us out of the dark and into the light…..for once.
I figure she will ahem retire by the end of the year.

Right now somebody is fitting the shoe to kick her a-s out as soon as the dirty deed is complete. I think she knows it, and she surely has enough savings cushion to handle the impact.

As stated elsewhere: Jane is both a DEI hire and promoted as such. By default, she is incapable of doing any wrong. Everyone needs to just back off and give her a break.
