They su-k all round.
Full of politics. Director and above are useless with no technical skills. Surviving because cost arbitrage. Offshore leadership is blood su---r.
yeah me too, leadership here means full of lies, HRs will escape in every questions or problems with diplomatic answer which you will wonder did it get answer or did they ask me indirectly why did i ask that question in the first place.
I'm speaking from personal experience.
