Everyone will decompress and calm down now……until…..Feb and March
when C14 and lower in addition to contractors will be affected. Then the panic will start all over again.

I doubt people are honest or will be honest on the voe, because everyone is afraid of showing low engagement and being flagged as next for lay off.
Ridiculous how they are doing this. Next years voe should be hysterical.

If you are worrying that much then start applying to other opportunities? Why stay?
It won't stop and start.
Every day different orgs are tapping people on the shoulder. We just have to accept it and get on with it.
What's the point of these fear instilling posts? If it happens, so it will be, and it will continue up to 2026. There is no point in waiting for a day. Those days will occur as the past have, and people not affected will not even notice. There's not going to be a HR/security walking 50+ people out day.
February is next week. Not much time to relax.
