The no. 1 reason is the management, who are full of incompetent people, who treat their directs, employees and workers like slaves. There is no work life balance, low pays, hire and fire policy and very bad internal politics and blame game. Everyone tries to save their backside. On top of that there are no training budgets, hardly any benefits and always overtime.
The middle managers are 30s something without any proper team leading or management experience. They over hire and then find tiny excuses to layoff people by giving them below par performance ratings. Haven't seen such low life mediocre managers who have no idea on how to manage their teams.
