We've increased shares and benefits for employees, but if we look at [[financial stuff about share price and value for shareholders and etc]] that obviously was not a good investment. It wasn't worth the money spent.

He said that out loud to an employee call.

We have a bloated middle management workforce, who offer very littler benefit to our customers. Instead, spend all their time working on producing ppt or excel models to justify their expense and existence…

The SILO’s are made to create empires, and until you take out middle management and turn them into ICs (like META did) then we will always have this problem

Openly diminishing the value of employees is not a strong path to boosting employee morale. Then again, Renjen has made it clear in his external media that the plan is to shift the workforce to India. Perhaps the goal is to pi-s everyone off and get them to voluntarily leave.
