It's terrible what Nielsen is doing to its employees. Instead of focusing on projects, the employee is unable to sleep fearing layoffs. This is not what I call a successful leadership. Shame on you Nielsen.
Of course, everyone is worried. But you got to accept it and move on. Take care of your health, the healthcare system in America is effed up; so keep calm as you can't change what's beyond your capabilities.
