Does Citi provides any reskill opportunities for the letgo persons. For example does access to Udemy stays or goes ? I believe Udemy requires SSO access.

How much will one take from company
You are a pawn, a commodity to be used and discarded at the will of the company. Citi does not care about you. They are not going to spend money on helping you find employment elsewhere whether you are let go or leave on your own.
Why would they train you when they’re letting you go? It costs money and they decided they don’t want you.
People need to understand what employment is.
It’s your employer paying you until they decide you don’t add value.
And from your perspective - it’s you taking money until you think you can get more elsewhere.
It’s that simple.

Udemy classes are lame and are presented on par as if reading a pamphlet.
No, but Udemy classes are extremely cheap. When you first go to the site it’ll show the courses on sale with a countdown. Next time you go back (if it isn’t let’s say a week or more) the clases will be full price. Just clear your browsers cookies before going back to the site and you will see the classes on sale 90% off again.
