Go watch Roman interview at CNBC. Look at his body expressions….so nervous when interviewed. Certainly doesn’t instill confidence to investors.

$60 on Post hard spin. And Roman confirm it will be done by first half 2024!

No plans for new growth
No plans to maintain current market share
No plans to develop new platform
No plans to hire new people
No plans to keep current employees
The only plan they have is to cut

The greed, arrogance and narcissism of the Executive Committee and Board is just too much to handle. They do not care about employees or business.

What, his $26 million pension wasn’t enough, at the same time he freezes pensions for the working stiffs??? What greed, what arrogance, what a complete joke.

Maybe he will get an extension like the banker before him and then after a new CEO is in the job the company can pay to relocate him to Austin so he can coach the new CEO and collect 28 million in pay.

Worked for the banker.

3M has a history of sending Executives to Austin to avoid the MN tax and relocating Executives to wherever it is they wish to live in retirement. Jean L was relocated to France on the company’s dime.

Nothing says max personal gain and disregard for the company like having the company relocate you to avoid one year of taxes or the cost of moving.

It’s too late. Too much damage done. Who’s going to want to step into this miss and what are they going to do to fix it. It’s not managements fault - supply chains still healing, still feeling the Covid histor, blah blah blah
