Some truths were told today. There were many lies told; however, they were lies of omission which is hard to prove.
Our company is a disaster. Clear that we have more layoffs coming. We have not hit bottom, not even close.
It's just a job. Draw your salary as long as 3M is willing to pay it. Have a Plan B. Plan B should involve a career. Until then accept our higher salaries.
