Can they do that?
I use an ad blocker, and I hardly see any ads on YT. The ad blocker is always updated to stay ahead of Google. If a website requires an ad, and I can't prevent the ad checker code from loading by hitting the stop button, I don't bother visiting the site. I don't mind volunteering to pay $3 for two months of the ad blocker.
Rumble pays more and brave blocks all the things.
