Ya got 15% in Risk and 27% of annual salary for Transformation team. However I’m in custody services and it’s almost 1.756% only!
Crazy but ya, Jane gets 22 million or 24 million, so what can we do about it? Nothing!!!
Only if you are promoted in a service center, your salary would be „adjusted“. Agile and Production functions should be „simplified“ as there value is questionable.
I havent heard of anyone getting higher than10% as of yet
I got 0% bonus.
10% of annum salary? Is that how you count? If so, in tech bonus is around 1% or less. And I was 1/1
