I am pi---d that I'm still here and some great people I know who didn't want to leave are gone. There are plenty of us who are hoping to leave with severance. What does it cost Wayfair to ask for volunteers before layoffs? Wouldn't it be better for the company to keep those who want to stay and do the work instead of those of us who are half-assing it and hoping to be served walking papers?
