Anyone else noticing the trend on leaders who have been eligible to retire for awhile suddenly retiring this month, or announcing their retirement later in the quarter?

There will be no raises, or they will give a raise and lower ICP % to keep about the same cost on the employees left. We used to get 3-10% raises but I'd be shocked for 3% this year.
And the exodus of folks last year. These older folks tend to be expensive, and they are forcing them out of the door to reduce expenses. I’ll be interested at what kind of raises are offered.
