Thread regarding Qlik Technologies Inc. layoffs

Lack of Diversity, Poor Product Development, Low Employee Morale

Take a closer look at Qlik Management (https://www.qlik.com/us/company/leadership) and you will find ALL CAUCASIAN people at the Top including their 2nd and 3rd line Managers. This company clearly doesn’t believe in Diversity and unfortunately CAUCASIAN employees including some Women are treated better and receive raises and promotions faster than many others. This is a fact and people who work at Qlik, see this on a regular basis.

Qlik Products are a commodity and there has been little to no innovation for years. Acquiring other companies isn’t considered innovation. PowerBI, Tableau and other competitors take over Qlik customers often and the new big logos are hardly seen nowdays in the Qlik portfolio. Sales Leadership is doing a very poor job and are only waiting to cash in, when Thoma Bravo (TB) sells this underperforming dog in their portfolio. This is a well-known fact in the inner circles. How long can TB hold on to Qlik as they are losing money on a regular basis with its declining revenues, rapidly churning customers, etc ?

To add insult to injury, employee morale is at an all-time low. Job security doesn’t exist, raises are non existent and with many low performers being promoted due to their internal connections, how can Qlik ever be successful in the long run?

Qlik has always been 3rd tier company. Not a modern company with good management. It is managed like it is in the 1960ies.

I can tell you don’t know what you’re talking about by saying that churn is sky high and Tableau is crushing us. Lol.

But it is surprising that we’re a tech company without many Indian or Asian execs. Lots of good talent there.

Qlik clearly does NOT Promote Diversity and Inclusion in the Workplace!

Most of their tech job openings are in India so no surprise here.
