T4 crapped out during the cold weather, and building maintenance replaced it with a T1. Their words "We've had trouble with all these program thermostats, that's why we replace with this basic one". I asked to see the bad stat and saw a 22 date code. Classic.

Weren’t those functions under the management purview of the project manager?
Or was the manager just setting up meetings and taking credit of the work done by others?
Design and Validation try so hard to defer and blame for their own incompetence.
T4 are well known to have had management issues due to PMO incompetence, so we now pay the price.
But hey the PMO wants to sell us services that will work this time…. What a crazy place
