Individuals in this phase were notified last week. The delays are in some orgs sending out until every individual conversation was had. The announcements will trickle in this week.
Dude. Layoffs happened last year, layoffs happened this year (and week). Layoffs continue…

What is everyone expecting?
An email to all employee saying,
"To Whom It May Concern:
The following employees have been AXED to leave:
John Smith
Peggy Sanders
etc.
"
Also, only 5000 are (allegedly) being let go in all of 1Q. That's 2% of the company. It's really not that significant in terms of sheer numbers. The only "big" news will be if certain MDs/Ds get let go.
So looking at the org chart and our Director comment looks like it’s BAU for my group. Good luck to everyone else.
They are not being postponed, they were communicated last week. The only thing being postponed are the formal announcements.
