Its the tech processes that are a joke that makes obstacle after obstacle after obstacle and here’s where it gets good, all to later on join a meeting with the questions asked of: “What’s taking so long? Is there anything we can do to speed things up?”

My favorite is when you’re asked how to make things better and you give feedback only to get a response of “nah, we can’t change any of that, so what other suggestions do you have?” and you keep getting the same response no matter what you suggest. That’s ok thought as they get to tic the box of “we’ve heard your feedback.” They aren’t going to act on it but yes, they heard your feedback.
