PDO Roster Managers getting hit today - announced that layoffs coming for them.
There are 134 RMs on staff now, UHC is moving 67 roles off shore. Finalization coming around 2nd qtr.

Posters championing for certain grades to be laid off sound jealous and incapable of self reflection. Shouldn’t we as a collective want any person that is not contributing regardless of grade to be made accountable? Nothing is stopping you from applying and getting a job with a higher grade. Just saying perceived higher grades should be sacked is ignorant. Some of you all complaining could not perform some of the responsibilities and handle the stress that these grades demand. Just asking you to be honest. There are reasons why a higher grade commands a commensurate salary.
Hope some of the 29 and 30's are chopped after the 27 and 28's got sc--wed over last year!

Oops spelt incorrectly - it is Rooster. Culling happening as only females are valuable as they are able to lay eggs. Males just struts around looking good and crowing about how good they there.
