They keep firing employees because the company's going downhill but they wouldn't step down? why do they keep scapegoating employees? shouldn't they take some responsibility (perhaps the entire responsibility) for what has happened to Nielsen? they have no shame.

They can start with getting rid of the non-revenue generating "pillar" of DEI.
I feel like this is what is hurting moral across the company, when your leader who you’ve trusted for years no longer cares about your future and spends their day with the group that will survive the next round of layoffs. That group then walks around like teachers pets; hopefully Nielsen will drop Integrity from their core values.
Re: Many have already moved on and are focused on their futures and spending minimal time with the next group of layoffs.
Very true , i can feel being ignored and been given tasks thats needed.
The remaining Leadership members are in difficult positions and are probably dealing with conflict of interests. Do they support the employees who have put years into the business or do they do follow the lead of Senior Leadership. Many have already moved on and are focused on their futures and spending minimal time with the next group of layoffs.
maybe it costs too much to let them go, per their contacts. often times departing CEOs get a nice balloon payment on exit. and getting a new CEO would be very costly.
Why would "leadership" step down when they continue to make lots of money on the backs of others? It literally benefits them to stick around for tenure and pay. The rest of us, who put in the actual work, continue to get sc--wed because we allow it.
I think so many have a few months ago.
