I remember a big layoff at another company. The CEO gave the remaining employees the speech about making hard decisions, etc., and said "this is the team going forward."

Yay team... until a year later where more of the "team" was let go.

If a company could replace every single employee with AI, it would do so in a heartbeat. They DO NOT CARE about you AT ALL. TK cares about one thing only: how much money can he steal from you.

Anyone who thinks their employer is "family" is out of their minds. Companies want YOU to be loyal to THEM... until such time that they no longer want you.
