Things need to change - way too much external hiring especially in G&LCE - damaging morale and culture - it's not bp even more. Not even speaking about the $ cost base.
Nothing will change ELT wise. Murray should up the dividend though.. company will go nowhere fast otherwise
They really need to clear out Looney’s leadership team because they really are a bunch of lightweigh. It's still not been established whether any of them got their position as a result of a relationship with BL. MA is unlikely to change them, unfortunately.
