They are running it like a socialist state. That’s for sure.

They, need managers not Figure Heads. Figure Heads are for state and local government. Not for multibillion dollar companies.

The first step to correcting a mistake is realizing and owning up to the fact that a mistake has been made. Unfortunately for P66, the current ELT will never admit that BT has been a mistake and a failure from the get-go. They're just going to keep doing what they've been doing.
I'm thinking Elliott is going to have to convince them that BT is a big mistake.

Borger refinery and their pipeline (midstream) operations are a total joke. Who can jerk who the bestest??!!

They need to totally rework Borger refinery ops and leadership as well as midstream (pipeline) ops and leadership too

The Oscar Myer JV scenario would be great. LA gets Jack painted on the tank. Rodeo Renewed gets a wiener painted onto a propane bullet.

What should we call it?

Great concept werewolf. That’s exactly what ur competitors are doing! Maybe the ELT will read this.

If Cenovus buys the Borger Refinery and if they spend some money to bring it to a state where it will run reliably and if the put the proper high level management in place, it will be a very good investment for them.

Heard from a reliable source that Rodeo renewed is divesting 50% with Oscar Meyer. P66 to remain as operator. This unlocks preferred pricing on feedstock. All lame and mangled wieners will be processed into renewable fuels!

Wouldn’t be surprised if both happened. Throw in LA and Ferndale refineries along with European marketing and you’ll not be far off

That wasn’t what my contact told me. Fairly reliable source told me, Bayway divestment will be announced end of Q2. Guess we’ll find out who’s contact is the right?

If they take ownership of WRB, I wonder if they will also take the Keystone pipeline commitment?

That would float the boat for Elliot. Not cpchem, but gets them what they wanted.

I talked to a guy that’s pretty high up in Cenovus who said the same thing, I’m not totally discounting it but I am talking it with a grain of salt.
