it feels Amazon is not really cooperative or communicative about the EU investigation. I remember when Broadcom had the same in-depth investigation by EU , Hock Tan went to meet with EU commission to discuss acquisition. Seems like Bezos doesn’t care about this deal. Stock crashed and nobody knows what next for iRobot.

Bezos? He hasn't been in charge in years!
iRobot took out an emergency $200M loan from Carlyle last year to get them through the acquisition. They are losing $60M or more a quarter. Not hard to do the math on this problem.
New Amazon SVP Panay made the right move. iRobot is bleeding cash and will not survive much longer. All the good engineers have already left. Competing RVC products surpassed the roomba years ago. The legal team driving this deal is a bunch of buffoons. If the EU blocks the deal, Amazon can just walk away.
