Thread regarding Fiserv Inc. layoffs

The definition of greed

While the company continues to perform ravaging layoffs that disrupt families and negatively impact associate well-being, our CEO currently owns 3,025,423 shares of company stock.

That amount is worth over 420 Million dollars based on the current stock price.

I'm frankly (pun intended) disgusted and embarrassed that any company can give this much power and wealth to a leader who lacks any vision and displays no empathy. What a disgrace to our clients and associates who deserve so much better.

Where is the real appreciation for associates in the way of real cash? The wealth is not shared. At Omaha townhall the message loud and clear… work harder/do more/come in early/get another thing done before leaving bla bla bla…no mention of larger increases… no bonus dollars for anyone grade 10 or below so tell me other than a day job what’s in it for most of associates?

Well we don’t want him to use the poor door to his manhattan apartments do we?
Or have to shop for cheaper jet-a fuel for his private jets. Is it now 3 that he has?
How disconnected from society he is…

Frank has more than 3 million shares. He is granted options that are on a vesting schedule that he doesn’t technically own until he exercises the options. Kinda the same as the RSUs they like to give instead of a cash bonus. But I’m sure he does not have a clawback provision.

Frank is aiming to be a billionaire. He so desperately wants to be a part of that club.

It appears the patterns of bad behavior are a First Data theme.

Read from 2017 - funny how those people are saying the same thing as we are in 2024

It is really sad really. How corporate Greed negatively impacts people's lives, employees, customers, and the users of those customers. There is a special place for those with no soul.
