They had an employee survey not long ago and 60% rated the company as bad or worse, did not enjoy their job, etc. the remainder 40% was divided into categories like ok, I like it, I’m happy. A small 7% portion said it was great.
During the rollout to the entire company and the town hall presentation, all they did was talk about how good they were doing and the 7% hahaha. Hardly a mention of the overwhelmingly majority that did not like working there.
I would try to list the pros but honestly the pros are better elsewhere. This entire company is a laughing joke of what it used to be.
