All of the Supply Chain giants of North America are watching at Dell with disbelief and envy. The amazing growth and supply chain innovations lead by Dell inspired so many people world wide and has filled the competition with envy and jealousy.

Blockbuster is correct. Blockbuster and Dell had their haydays in the 1990s. Unfortunately both lost their relevance 20 years ago. It's all about the cloud. The one area Dell and Blockbuster missed due to incompetent leadership.

Dell could have been a trillion dollar company but they never hired real talent and now must compete on low margin commodity hardware.

And by the way, you should probably be rather careful saying stuff like this.

This can considered insighter trading, violating a gag order from the company.

Why do people have such a hard on for stock prices? Unless you're a shareholder that has a significant stake in the company, I don't see why someone would be so excited.

That stock is going to come back down when earnings are announced. It always happens. People are trying to get the dividend before the drop.

Shareholders only care about making money. They could care less about an individual like you or me. Do you think that if they came to the office, they would be like, "So are you working your hardest today?" and pat us on the back?

Focus on your work. You shouldn't have time to worry about the company's financial situation, that's not your job.
