Hey for the mechanical craft people that just got furloughed in LA. Did the company pay out your 4 sicks days for the year? Or do you claim it like vacation pay at end of the year? Or did you lose it unless called back from furlough during the current year?

You do not have to wait until the end of the year to request and receive a cash out of your accrued vacation time.
If you can sell the sick days back. Extra money inbetween looking for a new job. Good to know. Thanks.
You can sell back all sick days, personal days and vacation days. But wtf is that gonna help???!!! Many folks lost their job.
