There are rumors about layoffs taking place next month. Does anybody here know more about it?

They are looking at ~10% of GL 30 and above. Purportedly support functions are exempt due to the massive layoffs in 2023.
There are always layoffs at Optum. Most on the 1st and 3rd Thursdays of the month.
I don't want to worry if there's nothing to worry about.
