What pay grades and/or positions do they tend to layoff?
Is a 2 rating an automatic cap? Does anyone know what is happening with that wicked NCC team on the data side of things?
This was also the first time I've seen Sr. Leadership ask for a % 2's as we're all graded on the curve.
It's going to be across the board in Optum IT. Some are happening soon (now or in the week or so). It'll be quiet, just like it usually is, something around 6%. They'll all get a package based on years of service. Another 2% will be let go in the May time frame just like last year. These people won't get a package, they will have been rated a 2 and put on a CAP. So that'll be performance based. If you're rated a 2 just leave as soon as you can, your days are numbered. If you're a 3 leave as soon as you can, you're next.
