The big wigs seem to not understand transparency. The definition of insanity is doing the same thing over and over again and getting the same results. It's due time to try anything out of the box. It certainly cannot hurt us any more at this point. Trash in equals trash out!

Human Resources and any company ethics platforms are set up to protect the company not you. It's a buffer zone to prevent anything from going public. This prevents the stock holders from any severe dips in their stocks. As we have seen in the past viral information that they can't control is a new normal that is really the only real watchdog in this equation. Any problems with your employer should be addressed with your employment law lawyer or any separate entity outside the company.

Boeing like other aviation companies for the most part are in charge of self monitoring their own safety. A government overlord must have eyes and ears on these places all the time or we are going to see more of this safety lie.

He's going to "learn" from the incident? How many more accidents are needed? The learning curve of the CEO and his staff must be pretty steep because it doesn't look like any progress is being made...

More calhoun delay tactics and word salad to stall and play out the clock so he gets another year of bonuses and a year closer to mandatory retirement while everyone deciphers WTH he's trying to say. Dude's been playing this game for over 4 years. One trick pony. He has done absolutely nothing to right this sinking ship except hire more people with buckets to delay the sinking while he prepares his private gold lifeboat to safety.

The boeing Ethics and boeing HR organizations only exist for one purpose. To protect boeing from employee lawsuits & external watchdogs !!!

All these corporations expect us to follow a code of conduct and address safety issues head on but the CEOs seem to break every rule and that's ok.

It was Harry Stonecipher, a McDonnell Douglas bozo who put the Code of Conduct in place at Boeing. Soon after, Stonecipher was accused of adultery with his Boeing employee mistress while they were together on a Boeing company paid retreat in California. The mistress walked away with a Golden Parachute which Boeing heritage employees lowly objected to. Stonecipher's former wife filed for Divorce soon after and Stonecipher and Mistress got married.

If you ever get the guts to speak up at Boeing or call out a safety issue. Your name will be placed at the top of a Let Go or Lay-off list for sure. There is no such thing in contacting Boeing Ethics Department Anonymously to report an issue or safety concern. The Boeing Ethics Department as well as Boeing HR tracks emails and uses caller ID, if your d-mb enough to call the Anonymous Reporting number and those Departments will know instantly who you are. They will then contact your Boeing HR representative, if you contact Boeing Ethics and your Boeing Manager to inform them of you.

I worked at Boeing 15 years before I left for a better job in a different industry. I lost the little respect I still had for Boeing especially Boeing Managers and Boeing HR after witnessing how they ganged up treating a disabled coworker. After tormenting the person for months, they let the person go on some trumped up BS.

Safety, ethics and the code of conduct is a joke around here. Just a dog and pony show. Numbers are king. Cash is king!

Lean is another name for rushing people around for numbers. This has to end for safety.

To blame diversity for all this is really a cop out. The escape goat. Go back in hiding Calhoun. Stop spreading fecis on these conversations.

That's the problem, safety demands you already have learned how to make safe airplanes. I guess when 'diversity' is your corporate key focus then safety and quality get left behind.

If Boeing hadn't planned on a layoff, they are now.

If anybody has questions about things there doing that they think are wrong or not the way they used to do it the time is now. You singed your ethics and code of conduct for a reason. Just saying.

Big stock rise on Indian Max order today. Order likely negotiated to put design center in India. I don't expect Boeing to earn a positive profit on any of their orders anymore so very it's doubtful they will ever actually deliver them. But I expect they will continue to find ways to jack up their stock.

Like we learned from Ethiopian Airlines Flight 302

AND
Lion Air Flight 610
https://youtu.be/eLEdk6GAMUY

BOEING HAS LEARNED NOTHING:
Criminal Do Not Learn, it’s a mental defect and that’s Boeing Management,
period.

I thought the LEAN magic solved all of Boeing's problems. You don't learn from incompetence, you make staffing changes and maybe those "changes" involve some C-Suite chairs.
