Just the senior MD’s on the team. Other layers have/get to give very little input. Then the AI tools normalize, then those MDs can adjust a little.

given the climate be prepared to get zero especially if you are in a non-revenue generating role. We were all privy to the earnings call.

Comp / finance design a pool using an algo. Using a different algo they calculate payrises and bonuses. Then your manager and their manager adjust it within the pool (aka shuffle money from you and your colleagues) or leave it.

In my group, my manager and their manager decide how to split up the pool of money for raises and bonuses.

This year we were told that the majority of us had to be rated 3's. Raises would be between 1-2.5%.
No mention of bonuses at all.
