Agree with the other posts here. Veeva “prides” itself that it is not doing layoffs. This is 100% not true. They just do them quietly and behind the scenes. After receiving several great performance reviews I was all of a sudden let go. They force you out and paint a picture like it’s your fault.

The same thing happened to me. After 3 years of good reviews and going above and beyond the call of duty for this company, I was fired for a non-issue. No PIP, no severance, nothing.
The crazy thing is that there’s a person on my team who has received two “red reviews” (meaning that he is allegedly at risk for imminent termination). He’s still there.
Is it because I’m 60 and he’s 35? I wonder….
