Just because you received comps and just because got a promotion, don’t think you are safe on round 1 of a layoff.
Its a strategy. Its nothing to give a promotion or comps to keep you here, working hard to pick up the slack for those they let go, a little while longer all the while knowing they are laying you off 2 months down the road.
Watch out for the brown nosers on your team trying to promote themselves

Agree, feels like it’s going to be an ongoing battle for survival after Q1. People competing to survive by putting long hours, do extra work, go above and beyond just so they’re not in line to be cut. Probably going to be really tight
