Pay is not where it should be, benefits are even worse, we have to deal with toxic managers daily, favoritism is running rampant, if you want to get promoted you need to know someone higher up... The list goes on and on. I remember when I liked working here and I'd recommend TD to people who were considering joining. Now I tell people to run away as far as they can.
