OP here - Never mind. Got answer from Blind.
Heard somewhere that SVPs will all eliminated and org flattened like in other large banks
Depends on if your manager loves you a favoritism.
OP Here - iLooking for a range. Not eligible for bonus this year, but was curious to know what is the general trend. Like any company I know the bonus is based on variables - a range will be good to know if you know.
