The greed that has came to the top tier of individuals for monetary gain if continued will destroy the hard work and dedication provided by many that these people couldn’t name one of the pioneers out of thousands that enabled the company to expand as one of the best companies in the word in these different areas. Until people just like them saw a way to get themselves a raise and re invent the wheel to fall off the car a block later. It used to encourage individuals to be there best now they just do there best to make a living and survive layoffs handed down by individuals that couldn’t survive one shift cooking fries at McDonald’s. Much less be intelligent and experienced with any knowledge of who did what prior to their employment but still mange to they’ll them how to do something they started and the reason that the job even exist that they are in. Some have dedicated there lives to this company time with family holidays children being born funerals medical procedures for themselves most have given something to this company they can never get back all for some to see how rich and good they can look to others. But the way I see it is of these people were as smart as they claim to be they wouldn’t be in there office they would be walking the halls talk to employees out in the field with work clothes on gaining knowledge and supporting and suppling whatever was needed to safely and successfully complete their job and in record time this is how money is made not layoffs not hiring supervisors that know nothing but what was read in a book. So if anyone or anything is costing this company profit they should take a good look at the spot they occupy because the reason for having to lay of is greed or because they failed at there job and take the same action with themselves as they would with that guy who didn’t have the training because you were too busy trying to re invent the wheel to realize the axel fell off 5 miles back. So they need to quit being greedy if the fail walk don’t take a job where there’s a chance you arnt knowledgeable enough to know that if you give your all for your employees support them and truly respect and care for them they will not let you fail so yes the top ones should be the first to go because they are not smart enough to know the basics of how to help lead a successful company.

Some American corporate elite play a different game separate and divergent from the best interests of all others concerned.
They have already moved down from Directors. Next level is also being targeted as we speak.
What they don't tell you on all their beautiful org charts is how the lower levels will be impacted... you can bet they will be. This must be impacting a few thousand folks. If it was just at director levels they would not be talking about sacrifices and reduction in force. Stay tuned for more happy days
