Sh---y intake system.
Lets be real how many times it took an avg employee to pass google interview and still there are slackers.
And tell me the truth, how many of you wonder how did xyz make it through the interview.
I think there are still hires in focus areas.
I heard people that loves criminals because are beaten and humiliated. If you are interested working for a company with 119 billion in cash and laying off people saying need money to other investments, you are the same type of person.
People still want to work there?
They are still advertising positions?
